Community Guidelines

Tennis Caddy's social feed lets players share session highlights, celebrate milestones, and stay motivated together. To keep the community welcoming and useful for everyone, we ask all users to follow these guidelines. By using the social features you agree to them.

1. What We Encourage

• Sharing genuine session highlights — scores, breakthroughs, gear setups, and milestones
• Supportive comments that encourage other players regardless of level
• Honest gear and string reviews based on your real experience
• Questions about technique, equipment, or training — this is a community of players helping each other

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is not permitted and will be removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

• Harassment & abuse. Personal attacks, threats, bullying, or targeted harassment of any user.
• Hate speech. Content that promotes discrimination or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Spam & self-promotion. Unsolicited commercial messages, affiliate links, or repetitive promotional posts unrelated to tennis.
• Misinformation. Deliberately false or misleading information about health, equipment, or other players.
• Adult or graphic content. Sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or content unsuitable for a general audience.
• Privacy violations. Sharing another person's personal information without their consent (addresses, phone numbers, private photos).
• Illegal activity. Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activity.
• Impersonation. Pretending to be another user, public figure, or Tennis Caddy staff.

3. Reporting Content

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it directly in the app:

• Tap the ··· menu on any post or comment
• Select Report and choose the reason that best describes the issue
• You can also block a user from the same menu to stop seeing their content

Alternatively, email us at support@tenniscaddy.app with a description and, if possible, a screenshot.

4. How We Moderate

Reports are reviewed by the AA Labs Ltd team. Our moderation process:

• Reports are triaged within 2 business days
• Content that clearly violates these guidelines is removed promptly
• For borderline cases we may reach out to the poster before taking action
• Repeated or severe violations result in account suspension or permanent termination
• We do not share the outcome of moderation decisions with reporters, but all reports are acted on

5. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for all content you post. By posting, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to share any photos or media included in the post
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• The content complies with these guidelines and our Terms of Service

6. Visibility Controls

You control who sees your posts. Each post can be set to:

• Public — visible to all Tennis Caddy users
• Followers only — visible only to users who follow you
• Private — visible only to you

You can delete any of your posts at any time from the post detail view.

7. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as the community grows. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of social features after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
